A new one.......
Today I was coming home from the store and I saw a first. I saw a cop car with its lights flashing and as I passed it I looked over and the cop was out of the car giving someone a ticket. Okay, not that uncommon, but when the person is in one of those motorized wheelchair's and is like, 71 then it is a little strange. Only in Dallas.

The Cop had his ticket book out and was arguing with the guy in the wheelchair - for reals! The guy in the wheelchair had his hands up and down like he was trying to tell the cop something but he wouldnt listen. Promise.
